Procedure recovery disk, data recovery, hard disk recovery
The data recovery is always performed in two phases, analysis and recovery.
Recovery procedure:
• Order

The first step always requires consideration of the storage medium to identify the nature of the problem and extent of the damage. Each work is unique and varies depending on the type of storage media, storage capacity, type of file and operating system.
Analysis
Data Recovery is sold as a service in two steps: diagnosis and recovery. The recovery is done in accordance with a separate agreement and subsequent analysis. We perform diagnostics for:
• Identify the nature of the problem and extent of the damage
• Determine the possibility of recovery and estimated that it is possible to recover
• Describe and suggest one or more solutions
• Calculate the cost and delivery time for each solution
• The conclusion of the client is provided in a report scritta.La diagnosis is sold at a fixed price, with a response time defined by the level of service.
Service levels
Standard: All work is done during office hours. During the analysis the client receives the results within 15 hours after the damage in the laboratory. Large amounts of data and / or low temperatures may affect this time.
Express: This is the level of service higher for diagnosis and recovery. We begin the analysis on receipt of the damaged units and work continuously until you complete the analysis and / or recovery. During analysis the customer can typically receive the first results within 7 hours, even if large amounts of data and / or low temperatures may affect this time. At the level of service Express is the cost of adding additional fixed fee.
The report
The report on the damage assessment indicates the client what we can recover, how long it will take and the relative cost. The customer must decide on the continuation of the recovery or closure of the case. We provide data on any medium specified by the customer.
